I decided to change my number recently, the number that I received from mtn a couple of years ago belonged to a person who owes a lot of people lots of money. So I get all the harassment sms messages and phone call, and the more I tell people and companies that they have the wrong number and that I don't the person the more I get harassed. So I decided to pay the cancelation fee and to pay the new number fee. So guess what, the number that they gave me this past weekend also belongs to a person that owes the whole world money, so I sit with all the problems again. This is a huge problem for me!!! I don't want a recycled number and I don't want to be harassed. and I am so tired off all the money this is costing me, and all the time, and the inconvenience of having to change my number everywhere. This is un-acceptable. I must pay and MTN does nothing to help!!! I have been loyal to MTN for the past 20 years, but they not loyal to their clients at all!!!
