Data forwarded to wrong number & cant be reversed

I have applied for a Vodacom 1Gig contract on their website and seeing that I was not getting through I called telephone application and we went through with application and it was approved, only last week Sunday 04 August I realised that the sim did have the data bundles. On Monday 05 August 2013, I called Vodacom and I was taken from pillar to post and eventually I was told to go to Vodashop and buy a new for a swim swap and ask them cancel that number and Vodashop couldn't do that for me and I was back where I started, calling the call centre and this time I was told that is not possible, they cant cancel the wrong number (076 130 0380) and forward the data to the right number which is 076 013 0380. Since this is not possible and I am not getting help and I am not prepared to pat for data I am not using, I have decided to cancel the contract and maybe go to another supplier who will do the right thing the first time.

I need Vodacom to reverse all the changes fees and my prorata paid back to my account. Its more than 7 days and I am still where I was and this is not the first time I had such a issues with Vodacom but because I am loyal, I still suffer and no one cares.
