My 084 number which was due for an upgrade, but the number i've been using the most was my 072 cell c ported number. I told the agent when i was upgrading that she should upgrade my contract on condition that they can cancel the 084 and use the 072 number instead. becoz i wasnt using the 084 number that much so for the upgrade i wanted the 072 number. i told them explicitly that i dont wanna use the 084 number anymore. Can someone please assist.
