I reported this problem over 3 months, not once, but twice, and this is my third report. On both occasions got, some half baked response that the problem was being looked into as it was a touch point issue. It's been over 3 months now MTN, Why has it not been sorted. I have been on hold for going on 45 mins!!!
I want a senior manager of MTN insurance to call me back with an apology, and I would like to cancel my handset insurance policy with you as I will be moving it to a different insurer who answers their phones.
