I've been trying to cancel my insurance policy with MiWay since Thursday, I sent a lady by the name of Mary Merefu stating that I want to cancel my policy. She said I will get a call to from one of their agents to do the cancellation NO ONE called!! I then called on Friday and I was put through to one of their Senior Managers Mamuso to help with the cancellation she said she was able to cancel my car insurance but was unable to cancel my house hold and mismart insurance. She assured me that she'd cancel it, then give me a call back and send me a letter. That NEVER happened. I went onto the miway website and found that my policy is STILL ACITVE. I called this morning and spoke to a lady called Sharon and she told me Mamuso is unavailable and she'sll send her an email to call me back. I told her to cc me on the email. I"m STILL waiting for the email and NO ONE has called me.
MiWay has not only not cancelled my insurance but have given me misleading information 3 times and have not been TRUE to their word. I'm tired of having to call miway and be kept on hold for a very long time and at the end of the call still not have my issue resolved. i WANT this policy cancelled!!
