I had a problem with my handset. I then went to Clearwater branch and was told, that I had no insurance, and the only option was to upgrade (I did not want to but no other option) and they wanted me to buy insurance (but declined when I say the amount) when I looked at my statement I indeed had insurance, and miraculous got through to the insurance call centre. I did not have the all the info that they wanted, and they were going to call me back the next morning, sure it did not happen, and I started calling them, only to hold on for ever and not being able to speak to anybody. I tried a few times.
