Telkom mobile service is disgusting

I am trying to migrate from telkom mobile because of bad service. After two days of different stories they said the contract will only be cancelled for conversion to pay as you go after 30 days. Now after four days they cancelled the contract while i am on leave. The call centre is incompetant and cannot resolve the issue.
