I joined Telkom Mobile in July 2013 to my biggest disappointment, there is NO SERVICE from the call centre and the network coverage is pathetic to say the least, at the end I requested a cancellation of my contract and paid a early cancellation fee of R 5906.25, 10 days has since pasted and no one at the call centre can tell me when the contract will be terminated, there is no other number for Telkom mobile and the branches are just as useless as the call centre. I would like to advise any one that read this not make the same mistake as I to join Telkom mobile, as it will be the worst mistake you will ever make.
