Vodacom Delivers Phone Early Without Notification

The lady who processed my upgrade said that the phone would not be delivered before 19 December therefore I gave her my Pretoria address. She assured me that the courier would call me before delivery in case the phone arrived sooner. I received an SMS that I should expect delivery soon (no call) and the courier goes to Pretoria on 12 December. The courier (RAM) tells my father in Pretoria that he needs a copy of my ID and that they will come back on Tuesday 17 December. They did not arrive. I called Vodacom and spent more than 2 hours on the phone with them today, 18 December, while they transferred me from pillar to post and I got cut off at least 6 times! Apparently RAM returned the phone to Vodacom (no call to me or my father) and they told me that I need to wait for the phone to be added back into stock and then I have to start the upgrade again! I spoke to Geoffrey's manager (could not hear his name) who tried to contact another department for me so that my phone could be traced and re-delivered. He told me that he would get back to me (at about 11:30 am). It is now 3:23 pm and no call! The delivery was Vodacom's fault so why should I have to re-process when I am on Holiday?
