Getting Billed even after contract cancelled

After an initial request over 3 months ago to cancel my contract i managed to get the contract canceled on the 3 Jan 2014. Telkom Mobile decided to bill me once again for the full Jan 2014. i have also cancelled my 2nd contract 3S at 12 Jan 2014, when this contract expired and Telkom Mobile has decided to bill me for the entire Feb 2014. I still have had no feedback from Telkom Mobile
