I received an SMS from Vodacom on 14th of December, notifying me that I can upgrade my cellphone contract. I went to the Shellybeach Centre Vodacom shop on that same day to renew my contract, the sales person said I can only upgrade on on the 3rd of January and he cannot help me until then even after I showed him the SMS, he was not helpful at all. Very poor service and a inconvenience.
