I have taken a contract out with Vodacom. I asked them to put my pay as you go number on the contract. it didn't happen. im stil on pay as you go and they even deduct more than r500 a month from my account. I have phoned them more than a hundred times with only promises. I don't even bother to get names and ref numbers anymore. I have been very patient with the matter but I cant take this anymore. I hope that people will read this and learn from my mistake. pfff world leading company? so sad.
