Vodacom erroneously gave me a new contact instead of an upgrade on my existing phone, The new phone was delivered via RAM couriers and I returned the same via RAM to Vodacom and requested that the new erroneoous contract be cancelled. All I wanted was an upgrade! Not a new contract witha new number. I have now been billed for this new contract and a phone which I do not even have any longer. Numerous calls and emails to Vodacom Customer Care have been fruitless. It's like NO ONE at Vodacom is listening.
