Vodacom Upgrade

I have a contract with Vodacom since 2008. I received an upgrade from them in 2010. In September 2011 I walked into Vodashop Fourays Mall for an unrelated matter and I asked at the time when my next upgrade is. The Sales representative, who is no longer with the shop, told me that because I spend over R800 a month with Vodacom, I qualify for an upgrade ANNUALLY with them. Not often does this happen! So I signed the documentation and walked out with a new Blackberry.

The contract which I have in my possession states that I am signing into a 24 month contract, and under additional information reads "If you have signed up on 24 month contract, you will be eligible for upgrade in the 22nd month of the 24 month contract." I should thus be entitled to an upgrade in July 2013.

When I walked into the same store to view my options of packages for my upcoming upgrade, they told me that I am only due in June 2014! I would never have signed this contract if I had been informed that I would only then be entitled to an upgrade in 36 months, which they are now claiming. They have accepted that they are wrong but as yet, have not agreed to my contract
