Delay in repairing Samsung S3 Cell Phone

I sent my Samsung S3 Phone for repairs to mtn high volume repair centre located at Island Office Park RiverHorse Valley on the 6th of December 2013. The phone was handed to a consultant named Zipho. She gave me the reference number 3531670508967528. When i queried the turn around time she assured me that it would be a period of 3 to 5 days. They determined that a part was needed on the 6th of December, that part should have been ordered by the 7th. Today is 11 days after the 7th. I have contacted Mtn and spoke to a consultant named Dudu. She told me that Mtn is still waiting for the part and did not know when the order was placed for the part. 11 days for a delivery of a part is ridiculous and i need my phone for work purposes.
