I took my phone in for repair to a samsung smart centre on saturday 29/06/2013. I was told they have to order the part on monday 1/07/2013. I phoned on friday 5/7/2013. I was told that the part has not arrived and that it should be there on monday 8/7/2013. Phone on monday at 4pm. I was told that the part has not arrived. I was then told that they can not tell me when it will arrive. I have waited a week with no answer. Di I need to wait another 6 day or 6 months samsung can not say. I can not believe that samsung does not know when this part will be available.
