I collected a spare part for a cleaner for a friend. The part was ordered by phone as they live 70 kms from service centre. I collected and paid for the part on the 30th Aug 2013 and delivered it, the friend realised it was the wrong part so I took it back and got the right part on the 3rd Sept 2013. The service centre refused to accept back the wrong part, it not being established as to who was to blame, as they said that Samsung would not accept it back. I rang the Samsung no. - 0860SAMSUNG, ref no 7112090264 - to confirm this. I was told that if return was within 7 days they would have accepted it. Went back to the service centre with this info but hit a brick wall. This is an off the shelf part, not made to order, so why will return not be accepted, it wasn't as if one had changed one's mind about a new purchase - the right part had been purchased in place of the incorrect part.
