Waiting on a part and poor service

I took my Samsung Galaxy S3 32Gb for repairs to Samsung Smartcare Centre in Century City late September as I cant remember the exact date. The lady at Customer service said it will take 14 working days and logged it as "the on and off button don't work". After 3 weeks of no correspondence I called to ask about the phone and they said they are WAITING ON A PART. The following Thursday they phoned me to say the phone is READY FOR COLLECTION. Friday morning when we arrived they said the phone is FIXED but they cant give it to us as the IMEI no. was not logged into the system because their system was offline and they will get back to us when the no. is logged. After no correspondence we went in the next Tuesday 29/10/2013 to collect the phone and they said the phone is NOT READY FOR COLLECTION because they replaced it with a 16Gb mainboard instead of a 32Gb and they are WAITING ON THE PART and this will take 15/16 working days. Furious as we were we took the phone and asked to let us know when the part arrive so that they could finish the repair. Up to date still no correspondence from SAMSUNG.
