On Monday I logged my faulty ADSL and phone line. I received a sms regarding the the fault from there side. A lady phoned me yesterday to confirm that the line is still down and said she will get back to me and she never did. I keep getting these rubbish sms saying they are working on the problem. Does it take 3 days to sort out something as simple as an ADSL line??? Seems like u cant log a fault twice on your online system so how the should i contact Telkom to find out what is going on??? Such bad customer service
