Poor poor appalling service

I bought a Samsung washing machine with a dryer in1 in december 2012 In march 2013 it just suddenly stopped working. I immediately contacted game where I bought it from and hey took forever to give me feedback. Then they told me that Errol a Samsung technician would come to look at it. He w came after a wrk of me following up with Samsung and he said the pic board was faulty and that a part needed to be ordered. He ordered the part and after 2 weeks of me following up they said the part has arrived but Samsung head office would not dispatch them as they we're moving head offices. so the customer now is further delayed due to them not have g contingency plans. After another wrk of following up I get Leah's number who is the call center manager and I inform her my story. She does not even apologize for he poor service received and the delay or t least take some responsibility. She just goes to check on the system I hold on for abt 8 min and says they don't have the part and hat I need to receive a new washing machine??? I'm like but your technicians lead said the part was there now you are saying the part is lot there what info. I won't Samsun products again. NEVER AGAIN
