I took my cell phone in for repairs (under guarantee) to TTS Port Elizabeth on Monday the 1/10/2013 ref. 4139617173. they said the part will be in PE with in 3 days. It is today the 7/10/2013 and still no part from Samsung. I phone Samsung SA now and they said some one will phone me with in 48 hours (another 2 days)

I am now considering giving back my 2 Samsung FHD and the other 2 Cell phones if this is the services that Samsung SA is giving to its clients.
