My Samsung Note 3 fell and was damaged. i handed it in at Vodacom Repairs Somerset West job no 9382238 on 18 Nov. i Have been advised since then that they were waiting for parts, and today was told that one part was not available in SA and had to be ordered from Samsung Korea. i phoned Samsung J'Burg and they told me that the part was available and i should supply them with the order number, Vodacom Somerset West could not give me the order number, but then the technician found the missing par tin the box with the other parts ordered and they will now proceed with the repair of my phone. i am an Attorney and this has wasted at least 1 hour of my time apart from being without my phone for the past few weeks. this is totally unacceptable - Danie Mille
