I am 5 years a subsriber of virgin mobile and its the first time i recieve this pathetic service, i went onto their website and decided to take the blackberry CURVE 9360, advertising said R279 pm, social and email plan, 150MB, 30 sms"s and R150 airtime, i've called the call centre and ask how many times if the BIS are included on this package and the consulants said how many times YES, I recieve my phone on the 5th of August 2013 and every month the billing is one big mess, no one knows what's going on, one month when i want to look at my remaining balance it shows the airtime and the amount of sms's i still got left, the next month it shows my 1GIG BIS and how much is still left with the sms"s. Today again my BIS is now stopped, when i've called in to the call centre today the 1st consultant told me my BIS is still active, but i must change some settings, i did everything as told and nothing worked, the 2nd time i've called in the consultant told me my BIS is canceled and all of a sudden she told me the BIS is not Included and now i must pay R59 extra every month above the R279 on my contract to get this service, i want this contract canceled, I DONT WANT THIS
