Virgin Mobile takes airtime

At the beginning of Oct my contract upgraded was told that I cannot take out the same contract that I had so I went contract of R200 which gave me R100 airtime, 30 sms and 30mb data with a limit of R1000 I was not happy about the R1000 limit but was told that my old contract was no longer available.
The airtime seemed to go quickly in the beginning of Oct even though I made few calls and do not use internet services on my phone, however I left it at that but when the new airtime appeared on the 1st Nov my available balance was already at R901.00 which is minus R99 before i even used my phone for the new month. I called on Fri morning 8am spoke to Kabelo who gave me a ref nbr 2979293 promised me that it had been escalated to the correct dept and I can call in 24 hours to get feedback, he suggested I only call on Mon as it was weekend. Kabelo also promised email details for OctNov which not received yet. Mon I called and spoke to another operator who said it is to early for an answer and that I should call on Tues again. Tues I call and was told will report again and i must call again. Today I called again still no assistance. Cancel my contract or give me my airtime back.
