What a ripp off

I recently had to upgrade two contracts with Virgin mobile. I opt for the blackberry deal. various 'champs' at the call centre and the salesman at the shop told me that i will receive 1gig of databundles per month and this will include my BIS. They told me i will get R150 of airtime per month too and because its a top-up contract i can top up as much as i like. I am paying R280 per month per contract.

This is totally not true. I am only getting something like 200databundles per month. my databundles expires already on the 13th of each month. To top up to something decent cost R80 for 500mb. So now instead of paying R280 per month i now have to pay R360 per month for a stupid Blackberry 9360.

I spoke to 8ta another service provider and their BIS is only R60 per month. I then i can browse, facebook, whatsapp and download. What a ripp off.

Everytime i phone the customer care line you are only allowed to talk for plus minus 8 minutes (this includes the time that you are waiting for them to pick up the phone) After 8 or 10 minutes the signal dies and you have to phone back again landing up with a different consultant.

Seriously Virgin Mobile...
