False Advertising and Over billing

So once again i am forced to use this website to get any sort of response out of Virgin Mobile... Long story Short my contract used to be R400 a month. November last year it went up to almost R600.00, December it was over R1000.00 and January i get a bill of R994.00... This is from a top up contract! After phoning the call centre TWICE, the first time i was told it would be sent to a supervisor, a week later and nothing, so i phoned again, i warned the consultant that virgin mobile better not debit my account for that R994.00 as the amount was wrong. He agreed and said he would call the billing department... Having witnessed first hand the incompetence that is Virgin Mobile on many an occasion i decided to play it safe and transferred all my funds out my account. Wouldnt you know it, i get an sms saying a grand has been debited out my account... I sent a long email to the billing department telling them to fix their stuff up and nicely put how extremely off i am... And no response... I also queried as to why i was promised 1000 free sms's a month for life yet they fell away as soon as i upgraded? False advertising coupled with bad service makes for a lovely experience
