Trying to renew contract

Hi there,

I'm trying to renew my Internet Promo 5 contract but I'm unable to get anyone to call me back. I've SMS'ed emailed and chatted to a consultant on the internet, but no one can call me back. I was told by a consultant to email [Email Removed] but I get the following response back:
[Email Removed]
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly.

Utterly useless. Makes me wonder if I should actually renew?!?!!
