Do Not renew my contract

I was in correspondence with a "Customer Care" agent on the 8ta website last week, by the name of Bonisile Rikhotso. The question I had was that my contract is coming to an end in January and I DO NOT want 8ta to automatically renew it, but to release my number so that I can move to a service provider that provides a decent service and that does not rip customers off. I have had nothing but trouble with 8ta and I will not be using them again. So, the customer care agent tells me I can either go into the store and fill in a form (yes, more of my time wasted, no thanks), or I can E-Mail my details to [Email Removed] and instruct them to release my number at the end of the contract. This I did. No response from them. So I sent it again, still no response. So 8ta, this is public notice that you are not to renew my contract, and that my number is to be released at the end of the contract.
