Cancellation of request ignored and not following

HI,

I have sent a request for cancellation to the address supplied on the Telkom site but it was plainly ignored. I confirmed that I can can through the email and the relevant documentation. I were assured that this is possible. I called Telkom mobile servive desk and it was confirmed that my request was received and the contract will be ended on the 3rd of January 2014. This was not done at all

The person that helped e Gaby Molefe at the Woodlands branch were vague and not helpful at all. He did include me in the mail he sent to [Email Removed] but got the message below. So this means absolutely nothing. He assured me that this will be escalated and investigated the same day.

I have done my part but Telkom still deducted money from my account. An case number were created according to mr. Molefe, Case-7503905 I cannot verify if there is a case like this registered on their system.
