A simple task of sending a proof of payment it is not, after trying to fax my proof of payment I kept getting an error from there fax line side, then just trying to email my proof of payment I get this reply
"The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly."
So I contacted them directly after a 30 minute wait for a consultant, I was told to send it to there customer services email... which will take 48-72h to respond.
