This issue is still not resolved, everyone from 8.ta Telkom is behaving the same. I have to be nice and explain the same thing to a number of people and they promise to call back. No solution to date. I gave a number of options today I called Eastgate, the guy claimed he's never head of me and I must talk nicely to him or else he'll hang up.
these are my last and only conditions: I am no longer interest in their services - They must cancel the contract and further credit back my 2 months payment because they over charged me and I also didn't enjoy the full benefit of the contract.
Xolani at the call centre gave me his email address to sent him all the emails to Eastgate and his email is coming back with the following message: 'Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
