Good day, I have tried sending my Request for contract cancellation to the given fax number 0216421672 as well as the given email address: [Email Removed] and neither works. First I was given the fax number as 0126421672 then that didn't work, I understand there was a typo, but the correct number is not reachable either. When I email the given email address I receive back [Email Removed] [Email Removed]

This is not poor service, this is pathetic service. Where can I send my cancellation request? I AM NOT GOING TO A STORE.
