Contract renewal

I was contacted on the 13th September 2013 by Mondivuyo Ngcobo to tell me that my contract Internet Promo 5 was ending and would I like to renew it, I asked him if I renewed my contract will be still be at 199-00 because I was happy with what I had and he assure me that it was still 199-00 and that I would also be getting an extra 10gig. I asked him again if I would still be paying 199-00 and he said yes. Yesterday on the 26th October 2013 I got an sms to say my account was going to be debited with 299-00 I contacted the call centre today 27th October 2013 to query what is going on and she still the extra 100-00 was for renewing my contract but also the contract that I renewed that is on their system was for 299-00, I told her that is not what I asked for when Mndivuyo phoned me and that is not what it says on the contract he emailed me and she said I would have to go to the branch where I renewed the contract as she cannot help me. Really, go to the branch that I renewed my contract when it was Mondivuyo Ncgobo who phoned me to renew my contract. I have the email contract
