Cancellation of contract

My contract is due for an upgrade this month on the 11th September 2013, i do not wish to renew but to keep the number on prepaid which i notify them on my formal letter that i have written and forward to them on the 23/07/13 to [Email Removed] & 29th July 2013 to [Email Removed] but still no response i have been making following up by calling 081180 but they told me that they will call me back to confirm but till today there noyhing.
