I have been trying to register at Edcon to receive my account electronically. I cannot get past creating a password, no matter what kind of password I put in. Then I mailed them... this is ALWAYS the reply: [Email Removed]

I pay my account every month, most months more that I have to... now, because I paid a guesstimate for 5 months they BLACKLISTED me with Transunion??? WHY??? I just want to pay up my account, close it and move on to a more reputable fashion store, with friendlier staff!! Please check the pathetic service at Edgars Vaal Mall: you are forever standing in a queue at the pay points! Bye Bye Edgars, Jet and the whole caboodle!..Oh jeah... what a good case study for me to use in class...!!!
