Very unhappy custome

Good day,

I called in the call centre 16/12/2013 for help with one of my contracts with cell c. i had to call three different times and got hold of three diffrerent people which out of the three only one was helpful. Nokwezi Tshabalala was very rude and did not even know what was going on with my query as she did not even pick up i had done an upgrade on my line. I have two contracts with cell c and every time i call the call centre i have a problem because of the unprofessionalism. i am also unhappy with the upgrade i have done with cell c as the new packages were not explained to me. i think cell c needs to train their staff to be professional as well as with regards to product knowledge. if cell c does not sort out my query i will delete both my contracts
