No signal at all for the last three months!!!

Good Morning,
I have already posted a complaint on here and Cell C replied twice but for some reason I was not able to respond to Cell C's reply! We have no signal at all, we cannot receive calls, make calls, send messages or anything! We have THREE Cell C contracts and none of them are of any use to us! We explained this and Cell C advised us on how to resolve it etc, we did everything Cell C asked and followed their instructions. It turns out that the Northriding area does have a problem and that new towers will be built to rectify the problem. However this could take a year to be done!!! We then said we want to end our contracts as we are not going to continue to pay every month for a service that Cell C cannot provide! Cell C then said we can cancel our contract but will be liable for quite a large cancellation fee. We feel we should not be responsible for any fee as we have not done anything wrong and it is Cell C who is not able to provide us with the service we pay them for. We spoke to fifteen different people on the phone for over an hour when eventually a supervisor said our contracts could be cancelled at no cost, then the call got cut! Please advise!!!
