UPGARDE- CELL C NO HELP

On the 19 May 2013 when i logged into my bank account i noticed that there was a debit order that went of my account which is much more than usual for my 2 Cell C contracts. As i continue checking i picked up that for the past few months Cell C has been debiting me a much higher amount. When i called into their call centre to my suprize i got told that an upgrade was done on my line and my line has been migrated to a higher package. I HAVE NOT DONE ANY UPGRADE ON MY CELL C LINE'S AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW I WAS DUE FOR AN UPGRADE. THE MORE IM EXPLAINING TO THE AGENT SHE TELL'S ME THAT THERE NOTHING SHE CAN DO, THEY WILL NEED TO INVESTIGATE AND NOT SURE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE. THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE UPGRADE DOCUMENTS NOR TELL ME WHERE THE UPGRADE WAS DONE. WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER PRIYA NAIDOO, THE CONSULTANT TELLS ME THE MANAGER DOES DOES NOT HAVE TIME BUT WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER WHEN SHE GETS A CHANCE. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Because of Cell C i have incurred bank charges and return debit orders. Seem's like no-one at Cell C care's if there is thats taking place on their customers lines.
