About one month ago I wanted to upgrade at Cell C Mountain Mill Shopping Centre Worcester but they have no stock available. I put a complain on hello peter and someone contact me. I asked them to mail me a a document with the various contracts. After a few days they have not send me anything so I put on another complain and Mr Dover contacted me and done the upgrade on the phone. It is now about 11 days thereafter and I have not receive my mobile yet. I have send Mr Dover 3 mails that he have not replied yet. Can someone tell me how must I do to cancel all my contracts with Cell C. This is getting ridiculous. Everytime I do a upgrade I have to go through this. How difficult can it be to do a upgrade when you are a customer for many years. I am not going to leave this issue here. I am sure a attorney can help you cancel your contracts. From the call from Mr Dover I am not been able to make calls but I am on a contract. If I dial the contact numbers for complains at Cell C you can't come through.
