After requesting Cell C to transfer my deceased wife's Cell C contract to my name, they did so, but somehow in the process Cell C has also cancelled both my two existing Cell C contracts with them, which I had for so many years. I'm struggling now to get Cell C to reverse this unlawfull termination of my contracts. Shimone from Cell C GRAND PARADE CENTRE is very helpfull, but she do not get the necessary co-operation from her control centre to re-install any of my contracts. In the mean time I cannot use any of my two old phones - this is so frustating!
