I have a Linux Gold Fully Managed Dedicated Server since 2011. Recently I have been getting exorbitant traffic exceeded charges as a result of email duplications for all email accounts on all my 72 hosted domains. I logged a ticket to have this problem resolved at the end of November (WFA-605-86816) after making several phone calls to no avail. My account manager, Bruce, promised to come back to me in a day on 5 December 2013. I am still awaiting his feedback. Can someone please assist?
