Please can someone assist me
i have Cell C contracts with Cell C which no one is able to assist me since April 2013. I upgraded 1 of my contracts in February /March 2013 . Cell C split my account into 2 which I was not notified about. I have been using the same reference number for the past few years since I took out my contracts with Cell C and now my account has been handed over to you legal department. Call centre agents unable to advise me on what happened to over payment on my accounts
