I logged a complaint on 11 July 2013 in hello peter for Cell C regarding my terrible reception on my 2 contracts. The last reply I got from Cell C is that their Cell C network team is working on the issue. The query reference number is SD117188. I received this feedbck on 18 July. After a full month, I have not heard any feedback from anyone in Cell C and I am still experiencing the same bad reception issue for my 2 contracts.
