I have six, contracts with cell c, its been six months now that I've been trying to consolidate these contracts into one account, a very simple process... not so simple for cell c.
I've called 6 times and made arrangements with the call centre to have this done, 6 months now and still not done.
I've also tried to speak to someone other than the call centre, but everyone else at cell c conveniently make sure that they can't be reached.
In the mean time I keep on paying for services I don't receive, as usual.
I can honestly say that there's one thing I can rely on from cell c, and that is poor service, even after being a loyal paying customer for many years with them.
