Called Cell C Last week Tuesday.
Complained about disgusting availability of 3G and Phone connectivity in the Linksfield, Oaklands and Auckland Park areas.
Was promised a call back - DID NOT HAPPEN.
Called on Friday, got passed to four different people that could not assist but promised that Technical WILL call me.
I am still waiting!
I have migrated my entire family (4 contracts of which one runs through Nashua Mobile) to CELL C. DO I HAVE TO CANCEL ALL CONTRACTS AND MOVE ON?
I am not the only very unhappy customer. Linksfield Park Clinic staff that are on Cell C are prparing to migrate to MTN who seem to be delivering good service.
Today I was in Melrose arch - inside and outside shops there is NO connectivity.
