Unable to confirm cancellation of contract

I have been trying to get hold of Virgin Mobile for over a two weeks now. I have sent two messages via their contact us page and have been holding for over an hour today after eventually getting through to one of their champs in the call centre. I don't want my contract which expires in January to renew at all. The cell phone service is shocking as my calls constantly drop and I never have signal. it is also impossible to get any customer service.
