It is impossible to cancel a contract with Virgin Mobile. After hours of patiently holding on for customer care I have paid the amount for my handset on 18 December 2013 already and again holding on for hours you never gets through to the cancellation department.
I need to cancel my contract before my next debit order is deducted I am unable to get hold of Virgin Mobile Customer Care.
I really feel that their "champs" are not the best.
