I would like to bring under your attention that VIRGIN MOBILE calls keep on dropping! This is not the 10/20/30/40/50th time this happens. - People know NOW that they can t get hold of me because ALL my call drop ALL THE TIME!!!
I had it with VIrgin mobile - my contract expires end of OCT 2013 - BUT I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL IT NOW!
I am not interested in re-newing the bad service so please - JUST TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT for once and for all.
I pay so much money for the contract I currently have - but I don't think the trouble I am experiencing justify the money.
Please let me know what I should do - but just be aware that the call is going to drop if the call is longer than 1 min.
