30min waiting period to make a payment

I was in the store 15:17 till now 15:57 just to make a payment, as one operator is buzy with query, non of the other consultant or manager she kept on passing by to assist or call out one to help customers. The is no customer service at all. I even closed the account with the. today.. I will never recommend it to anyone
