Fastest network with the slowest customer service?

After seeing that Vodacom prides it self with the fastest and better network coverage I decided to try them, but I am left very disappointed with their unacceptable customer service. I applied for a new cell-phone contract on the 29th November 2013 at Clearwater Mall and today the 17th December 2013 I still do not have an answer from Vodacom. I was told their turn-around time is 24hrs. When I phone to follow up am being sent from pillar to post. What's worse is the fact that I am not even allowed to speak directly with the person who is dealing with my application as only the consultant is allowed to do that. I am utterly disappointed in Vodacom's customer service!!
